By downloading or using the Reti app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reti mobile application ("App") operated by César Adrián Gómez Correa ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data
- Use automated tools to access, scrape, or interact with the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
3. Accounts
You may use the App as a guest without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@retichess.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Reti offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Reti Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through the relevant app store (Google Play or App Store) and are subject to their terms. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, manage it through your app store account settings. We do not process refunds directly — refund requests are handled by Google Play or App Store according to their policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by César Adrián Gómez Correa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Chess puzzle content is sourced from Lichess (lichess.org), licensed under Creative Commons CC0.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, César Adrián Gómez Correa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of México, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of México City, México.

Al descargar o usar la aplicación Reti, aceptas estos Términos de Servicio. Por favor léelos con atención.
1. Aceptación de los términos
Estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") rigen tu acceso y uso de la aplicación móvil Reti ("App") operada por César Adrián Gómez Correa ("nosotros"). Al usar la App, aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.
2. Uso de la App
Solo puedes usar la App para fines lícitos y de acuerdo con estos Términos. Aceptas no:
- Usar la App de forma que infrinja leyes o regulaciones aplicables
- Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a los sistemas o datos de la App
- Usar herramientas automatizadas para acceder a la App o extraer datos de ella
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar cualquier parte de la App
- Suplantar la identidad de cualquier persona o entidad
3. Cuentas
Puedes usar la App como invitado sin cuenta. Si creas una cuenta, eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de toda la actividad bajo tu cuenta. Notifícanos inmediatamente a privacy@retichess.com si sospechas uso no autorizado.
4. Suscripciones y pagos
Reti ofrece un nivel gratuito y una suscripción de pago ("Reti Premium"). Las suscripciones se facturan a través de la tienda correspondiente (Google Play o App Store) y están sujetas a sus términos. Los precios se muestran antes de la compra. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo que se cancelen antes de la fecha de renovación.
Para cancelar tu suscripción, gestiona desde la configuración de tu cuenta en la tienda de aplicaciones. No procesamos reembolsos directamente — las solicitudes de reembolso son manejadas por Google Play o App Store según sus políticas.
5. Propiedad intelectual
La App y su contenido — incluyendo texto, gráficos, logotipos, íconos y software — son propiedad de César Adrián Gómez Correa y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. No puedes reproducir, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas sin nuestro consentimiento previo por escrito.
El contenido de puzzles de ajedrez proviene de Lichess (lichess.org), bajo licencia Creative Commons CC0.
6. Exclusión de garantías
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que la App esté libre de errores, interrupciones o componentes dañinos.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, César Adrián Gómez Correa no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos derivados de tu uso o imposibilidad de usar la App.
8. Terminación
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar tu acceso a la App en cualquier momento, con o sin aviso previo, por conductas que consideremos violatorias de estos Términos o perjudiciales para otros usuarios, nosotros o terceros.
9. Cambios a los términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Te notificaremos cambios significativos actualizando la fecha de "Última actualización" indicada arriba. El uso continuado de la App tras los cambios constituye aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de México, sin tener en cuenta sus principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de México, México.
